We currently ship to the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.

B. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

C. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

Orders received after this time will enter processing on the following business day.

D. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

Transit Time: 6–10 Business Days

Total Delivery Time: 7–12 Business Days

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location or courier operations.

E. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

F. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email may be sent.
• Tracking information will be provided where available.
• Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

G. Delivery Delays

H. Incorrect Delivery Information
